Attention 4th Grade parents/caregivers:
It’s a Brackett tradition for 4th grade parents/caregivers to volunteer at the Celebration of Learning (formerly Fifth Grade Graduation) so that the 5th grade families can sit back and enjoy the celebration. The Celebration has already been planned by the Fifth Grade Committee, 4th grade parent/caregiver volunteers are just asked to help on the day of the celebration.
We are looking for volunteers on Monday, June 16, 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. You do not need to volunteer for the entire celebration, even an hour or two is a HUGE help! There will be Fifth Grade Committee members there that will provide instructions/direction — we just need more hands to help.
Tasks include:
- Setting up chairs and decorations before the celebration (11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.)
- Taking pictures during the celebration (12:45-2:15 p.m.)
- Cleaning up and breaking down afterwards (2:00-2:30/3:00 p.m.)
