CORI Form

Massachusetts law requires schools to conduct Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks on current and prospective employees and volunteers.

All Brackett volunteers must fill out a CORI form and return it to the Brackett front office before volunteering.  A copy of your driver’s license is needed (the office can copy it for you when you turn in the form).  Hard copies of the form are available at the office and a digital copy can be found here.

CORI checks are valid for three years.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Upcoming Events

Culture & Creativity Night

Friday, November 14, Brackett Gymnasium

We identify ourselves in so many ways – by language of origin, abilities, family structure, ethnicity, etc.

If you are interested in sharing any part of your cultural identity please do. All are welcome!

Students, parents and other family members or guardians are invited to make a poster, share items/food, demonstrate activities, or anything else!

Keep in mind that there are many sources of culture. You may choose to share the culture of your family’s country of origin, but you could also teach us about another group, language or shared history that is meaningful to you.
