The annual Brackett Book Fair is taking place on December 9-13. Students will attend the fair during their regularly scheduled library class time — parents and caregivers are welcome to join! If your child is allowed to buy books independently, please send in cash. Adult volunteers will be present to help children choose and purchase books. Rainbow Alliance: Little Rainbows
The Brackett Rainbow Alliance students are co-hosting a Little Rainbows event! On December 3rd, from 2:30-3:15 p.m., the Rainbow Alliance and the PTO have joined forces to host a relaxed social gathering for K-3 to bring together LGBTQIA+ families, students and allies. Movie Night Fundraiser – Friday, December 6
The fifth grade class would like to invite the Brackett community to their fundraiser Movie Night on Friday, December 6 (doors open at 6:00 p.m.; the movie will start at 6:30 p.m.) in the Brackett Gym/Cafeteria. Community Wraps @ Henry Bear’s Park
Join the Brackett PTO for the Community Wraps fundraising program through Henry Bear's Park (685 Mass Ave.) on Saturday, November 23rd (10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.). We will wrap gifts purchased by patrons of the store and collect donations for our efforts. Brackett Fall Food Drive
Contribute to the Brackett Fall Food Drive going on November 18-December 2. Brackett has a long time relationship with Arlington EATS, a local non-profit that works with the community to help eliminate food insecurity and hunger in Arlington. Winter Gear Swap
Saturday, November 9th, 1:00-3:00 p.m., Brackett Cafeteria Families can donate winter outerwear, winter gear, and Brackett spirit wear the week of Nov. 4th. Culture and Creativity Night is Friday, November 15, 6:30-8:00 p.m. We are looking for families to share their culture with the Brackett community. The fifth graders will be holding an Election Day Bake Sale on Tuesday, November 5, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. in the Brackett Lobby. Muffins, Cookies, Bars, and More!
