The PTO is looking for a new Picture Day coordinator.
Did you know that school Picture Day is fully organized and run by the PTO? Picture Day cannot happen without parent/caregiver volunteers.
A new coordinator is needed to needed to shadow the current coordinator (a former Brackett parent) this year and then lead organizing Picture Day in the future year(s). This year’s Picture Day will be on Friday, September 19, 2025.
The volunteer would be the primary contact for our photography vendor, identify a date for next year, and reserve that date with the vendor.
The volunteer (or team of volunteers) needs to be at the school on Picture Day to organize a schedule and help teachers guide classrooms to the picture location. Generally, photographs are done by mid-day. The volunteer would also organize Picture Retake Day, which traditionally occurs in December.
