Brackett School Photos are going home today!
If you ordered a photo package (hard copy prints) from Coffee Pond Studios, they have been distributed to teachers today. If your student does not bring them home today, you can expect them tomorrow (some teachers may not have had time to get them into backpacks today).
If you ordered a digital copy of your photo, you should have received it via email directly from Coffee Pond (photography company) last week.
School Picture Retake Day will be on Friday, November 7.
If you would like your student(s) to have their picture retaken, they can do so on Friday, November 7. A parent volunteer will come to your child’s classroom to collect all students that would like a retake, as well as students who were absent on the original Picture Day in September. There is no need to pre-register for Retake Day.
If you have any hard copy pictures from your original order, your student(s) will need to bring them to Retake Day and return them in full to the photographer to be eligible for replacements.
Coffee Pond (the photography company) will have a list of students that were ABSENT during Picture Day and need to have their picture taken but will NOT have the names of RETAKE students — your student is responsible for knowing that they need to get their picture retaken. Please let your child(ren)’s teacher(s) know if your child needs to participate so we can ensure everyone is included.
